Aleve would give you the most help. You can take tylenol with it / in between. Find a local health food store. They have LOTS of natural meds for inflammation such as this that work miracles. D-Flame is a popular easy going antiinflammatory. They also have much more expensive antiinflammatories for bad days that are so strong you can only take 1 a day. They make lots of other naturals to try with your over the counter pain killers. Aleve or ibuprofen will be the most effective b/c they have antiinflammatory properties. However, you can’t take these together so for added pain relief take 1 of these and alternate tylenol in between taking the aleve or ibuprofen. Example: aleve is taken every 6-8 hours. 2 initially and 1 6-8 hours later. You can take 2 extra strength tylenol about 3 hours after taking the aleve. OR, take ibuprofen. You can take as much as 3-4 ibuprofen tabs every 3-4 hours. This will give you a prescription dose, which I don’t recommend doing 24/7 b/c it is hard on your liver. You are better off to find a natural alternative. Anyways, you can take 2 extra strength tylenol 2 hours after taking the ibuprofen.
