I am writing a play. I am doing research on mesothelioma which is a cancer caused by asbestos. My question is does anyone know what job a person would have to have in order to come in direct contact with this substance. I know you can get it from other things such as washing clothes of someone who has been exposed to it but I mean direct contact. Also if anyone knows, I need to know– if you get it from washing someones clothes does that mean that the person who wore the clothes has mesothelioma to?
*Is it illegal in CA to remove a spouse from your health care BEFORE you get divorced? I am still technically MARRIED, NOT SEPARATED EITHER, no-one has filed, but my husband lives elsewhere. I went to the docs for some very scary breast tests and found out while paying them that MY HUSBAND has REMOVED ME from his Kaiser two months ago, in February. (I almost fainted in the lobby) He gets his Kaiser through his employment, and I believe he might have LIED to his bosses and told them we are divorced, when in fact we are still technically married. We haven’t lived together for a while, but I am STILL HIS WIFE, and some other people have told me that he can not do this, and if he lied, then he could be in trouble. I am having serious breast issues, and am scared to death now that I have no insurance. Is this illegal? Can I get him to re-ad me back onto his plan? THANK YOU SO MUCH~
I FORGOT to ad that I am unemployed right now, and have NO OTHER INSURANCE, and have no other way to get this important health care I need… ALSO: I would like to know if you actually KNOW the answer to this… My friend who is going through her divorce said that her husband got told by her lawyer that he can not remove her until the divorce is final… PLEASE GIVE YOUR SOURCES IF YOU KNOW THANK YOU
I’ve seen blue and red and black and all kinds of colors for the regular asthma inhalers. I’m looking for the plastic peice that’s usually white, but I’d like to get it in different colors for my son - I want to make his asthma just a little cooler. Any help would be great.
